小时候妈妈常常带我们到清洁海滩(Pantai bersih)玩耍，

玩累了，就吃烧鱼，喝椰水。。
小时候是多么的逍遥自在，无忧无虑。。
长大后，
由于没有规划的发展，
滑梯和海都不见了。
烧鱼档也随着发展的浪潮，
从清洁海滩，
迁移至黄炎发饮食中心，
一直到上星期，
终于给我发现那熟悉的味道，
快乐无比！

I'm missing this "adrenaline pumping" moment!!
It was 3 years ago in Phang-Nga province,Thailand.
We made an almost 3 hour road trip from Phuket to Phang Nga for this one of
"the must do thing" in Thailand.
The river is quite narrow with a few boulders. The rapids are rated Class 2 and Class 3 according to the International Scale of River Difficulty.

Class 1: Very small rough areas, requires no maneuvering. (Skill Level: None)

Class 2: Some rough water, maybe some rocks, small drops, might require maneuvering. (Skill Level: Basic Paddling Skill)

Class 3: Whitewater, medium waves, maybe a 3-5 ft drop, but not much considerable danger. May require significant maneuvering. (Skill Level: Experienced paddling skills)

Class 4: Whitewater, large waves, rocks, maybe a considerable drop, sharp maneuvers may be needed. (Skill Level: Whitewater Experience)

Class 5: Whitewater, large waves, large rocks and hazards, maybe a large drop, precise maneuvering (Skill Level: Advanced Whitewater Experience)

Class 6: Whitewater, typically with huge waves, huge rocks and hazards, huge drops, but sometimes labeled this way due to largely invisible dangers (e.g. , a smooth slide that creates a near-perfect, almost inescapable hydraulic, as at Woodall Shoals/Chattooga). 1. 別為了買錶而買錶，請買你真正想買的錶

舉例來說，如果你真的想買的手錶是 Patek Philippe 或是勞力士，就不要因為價錢較貴而屈就於其他較便宜的手錶。克制自己為「買錶」而買錶的購買慾，將錢省下來日後買真正喜歡的手錶。如果真的無法負擔新錶的高價，不妨考慮買一只狀況不錯的二手錶，加上上送廠維修的費用，二手錶常比新錶便宜個幾成。

2. 儘可能用現金買錶

Due to my new job,hotel is like my second home.I have been sleeping from one hotel to another.
Since January i have stayed in the hotel for 23 nights,from PJ Hilton to Sheraton subang.
To be frank, i dont really enjoy staying in the hotel because of it's fully enclosed and fully air conditioned and my allergic rhinitis...

This manual wind movement in this revolutionary chronograph is the first to measure elapsed times as short as 1/100th of a second. The flying seconds hand at 10 o'clock goes around the dial in one second against a scale marked in hundredths of a second, making it theoretically possible to time an object moving at 360,000 km/h. On the dial at 2 o'clock, the hand goes around in 20 seconds and the time scale is marked in seconds. The outer tachometer scale shows the speed against odd numbers of seconds - 1, 3, 5, etc. - while the inner scale corresponds to the number of seconds. The third dial, at 6 o'clock, where the hand goes around in 10 minutes, has a similar tachometer scale with speeds corresponding to 20 second markers. Thus a kilometer travelled in 3 minutes 40 seconds corresponds to a speed of 16.4 km/h.

The chronograph is started, stopped and zeroed by a rocker at 2 o'clock on the side of the case, rather than the conventional 2 pushers - an ergonomic solution that has been granted a patent. The rocker turns a column wheel which activates the levers in the start, stop, and zero sequence in the conventional way. A second patent has been granted for the ingenious configuration of the mechanism, which effectively isolates the chronograph from the timekeeping function. This ensures that the amplitude of the balance is unaffected while the chronograph is running.

Flying Seconds - The high-speed flying seconds driven by the escapement, rotates 360 degrees in one second, jumping in tiny 1/16th second increments. A wheel, mounted on the fourth wheel of the movement engages a pinion carrying the flying seconds hand. This means that the flying seconds is driven by both the going train of the movement, working off the barrel, and the chronograph train, working off the barrel arbour. An unexpected feature of this arrangement is that the flying seconds hand can be stopped anywhere along its one-second journey, even between two 1/100th second divisions, enabling an approximate fractional reading.

"The Centigraphe is a unique creation," says F.P. Journe, the man behind the watch brand bearing his name. "In order to create this watch, I had to forget everything ever done in terms of chronographs in order to redesign on a blank sheet of paper." The concept was inspired by Jean Todt, a well-known figure in the Formula One racecar world. "I realized that there was nothing serious enough in mechanical horology to time today's racing cars to the 100th of a second." The result is Centigraphe.

DISPLAY AND LEGIBILITY
The bezel The Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA has a unidirectional rotatable bezel with a 60-minute graduated black CERACHROM disc that allows the diver to precisely track his dive time. The movement The Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA is the calibre 3135; it also features a PARACHROM hairspring with high resistance to shocks and magnetic fields. Certified as a chronometer (COSC), the movement has a 48-hour power reserve. The bracelet can be adjusted for wear over a diving suit up to 7 mm thick thanks to a double extension system: Fliplock extension links, and the new GLIDELOCK clasp, allowing fine adjustments. The Oyster Perpetual Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA allows a diver to safely track his dive time thanks to the unidirectional graduated bezel featured on the watch. Some detail of KL Hilton:

It is a relatively new and modern hotel in KL, which opened in 2005. This hotel is located at KL Sentral right beside Le meridien,.It's 28 min away from the airport by KLIA express which cost only RM35 for one way. If you are flying with Malaysian/Cathay Pacific airlines, you can check in your bags at the KL sentral. The room itself was very modern, clean and contemporary especially the bathroom.I like the rain shower head the most.You may experience the sensation of soothing rain!,The breakfasts were excellent and the staffs are also very polite, friendly professional and well dressed.Zeta bar which located at the 5th floor,always been rated as the no 1 lounge bar in KL city with exclusive sophisticated interior décor.Easily you can find glam rock 80s tracks, to a percussionist and saxophonist along with soothing voices of guest vocalist,R&B, Latin vibes and neo-jazz here.

I have been staying in KL Hilton for more than 4 times.It's one of the best hotel i have enjoyed the most so far.

It has been a long long time i never go to a club.This was one of the most enjoyable and memorable clubbing experience with best buddies recently.
It was full of fun, sweat,alcohol and puke...Lol!

Why i like chinese new year ?

because it's time for family reunion.

usually a time for renewing acquaintances,meeting new family members,for aunties and uncles never get tired of asking when are you getting married blah blah blah..

because it's time for old friends get together.

usually a time for exchanging stories, strengthening the bond, just hang out and spend sometime with people you don't see that often..

Because it's time for party.

usually a time to have fun, party gila and gamble until the next day(even though I'm not a big fan of gambling)

STEAMBOAT!!!
Usually it's more tasty,delicious and yummy during Chinese new year.(IMHO)
It's our family tradition since childhood time,we will have steamboat for family reunion dinner.
May be it's because i love Chinese new Year and eventually makes steamboat so irresistible.

I have ordered this strap 3 weeks before Chinese new year.It has been lying in my drawer for quite sometime.
I have plenty of different straps for my PAM 111 mainly in dark color and i have been always wanted a light color strap.
I was looking at Manifatture Firenze(MF) and strap work.At the end of the day i have chosen the 1860 PAV inspiration butterscotch calf with yellow stitching over the MF WWII calf..:)
Here goes some of the snaps for the combination.

without the predisposed for tube mounting but it's thick enough to fit the gap between the lug.

The width is 24mm x 24mm and the length is 120mm x 80mm with a polished buckle.

Here comes the wrist shot!

The strap is soft and comfy,I'm impressed not only with the quality but the good packing and prompt delivery as well.
Some background of strap work:

It's the first day of Chinese calendar,sincerely I wish everyone have a jolly good new year,full of blessing of health, abundance of wealth and never ending prosperity!

New year has been always the time for people to look back to the past and more importanly for looking forward to new challenges and exciting changes.

Kelvin,Elvin and I decided to treat ourself and our tastebud with a good dineer after a day long training.

I'm not really a chocolate lover,but i found this choco cake is not too sweet and the choco layer was really thick.

The main course of the night, medium rare VS steak with wild mushroom and topped with brown sauce.

Below are some information on the degree to which a steak cooked:

Raw-basically the steak is uncooked.

Blue Rare/very rare-cooked very quickly;the outside is seared and the inside is usually cool and barely cooked.

Rare-The outside is gray-brown, and the middle of the steak is red and slightly warm.

Medium Rare- The steak will have a fully red, warm center.

Medium-The middle of the steak is hot and red with pink surrounding the center. The outside is gray-brown.

Medium well done-The meat is light pink surrounding the center.

Well done- The meat is gray-brown throughout and slightly charred. It's hard like a stone!

The dinner was good,we enjoyed the food,the dessert and the service as well.

Good Morning!
I was in the first plane out to KL on Monday. I was flying with Fireflyz again,so far i dont have any problem with the service and schedule and the best part is i don't have to spend another hour in the cab out from KLIA.
Here are some fact on the aircraft:
the modern turbo propeller ATR 72-500,which operates at lower altitude and leaving the ozone unaffected which means that the ATR is a greener aircraft if compare with other aircraft such as the Boeing and Airbus. The ATR not only is fuel efficient but it is also generate less noise.In other words,i'm contributing my effort to make the earth greener too by flying with fireflyz.

This was my first time seeing sunrise from 15000 ft above sea level,I enjoyed the scene so much.

I'm gonna spend another long week in KL for my new job training.

Can't wait to get home sap as my room renovation is gonna end soon.

I'm missing the BBQ Kobe beef so badly..:P

In general belief,some said the cattle are fed with beer and sake and they have their own private masseur and fur stylist.
No wonder it's so pricey!
