Mayday my Birthday

May was a busy month for me.
attended a 3 days long training in KL.
had a pre birthday dinner with brother n sister in YuZu..yummy!!

King prawn Rolls with Salmon and avocadoSalmon Sashimi air flown from Hokkaido.
Too excited with the Kobe beef and forgot to take photo..:P

Had a surprise birthday celebration during training.

Had a small and quiet birthday celebration with love one and a few close friends of mine.

It's the first day of Chinese calendar,sincerely I wish everyone have a jolly good new year,full of blessing of health, abundance of wealth and never ending prosperity!

New year has been always the time for people to look back to the past and more importanly for looking forward to new challenges and exciting changes.

The planning is progressing well

To shed extra pound,exercise more and eat healthily,get fit!

These are not the ultimate resolutions,it may evolve from time to time for a better good.
Let's hope i can accomplish my 2009 task,dream big,stay hunger and stay foolish!
