Sly in Rambo 4, he was a snake catcher in the middle of Myanmar, believe it or not it was a rare PVD Panerai Luminor Marina on his wrist,which i believe is a Pre-vendome 5218-202A,1993 model,only 140 watches were made together with 10 prototypes. A piece was sold by Antiquorum in 2007,the price was 70,800 CHF, which was about 59,700 USD!He is a very well to do veteran snake catcher !:)
